WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT GIA ON-LINE
Transacting on-line is now even easier!
The new release incorporates a number of enhancements, including:
- Dual Sign-On;
- Receipt numbers;
- Reference fields for external transfers (18 characters in length);
- Multiple login names for accessing personal and parish accounts separately;
- Client Maintenance.
Dual Sign-On is specifically designed for accounts that require two or more signatories to authorise transactions.
Signatories are now able to authorise transactions through GIA On-line from separate computers at any time. A signatory logs onto GIA On-line and sets up payments such as cheques, periodic payments, transfers to other Glebe Income Accounts and transfers to accounts held with other banks. The transactions will be stored in 'Pending Authorisations' for 14 days or until another authorised signatory has logged in to authorise the transactions.
Receipt numbers can also be viewed and printed for all successfully completed transactions, helping you keep track of your payments and transfers.

All-In-One Account
This account is offered to Anglican Parishes within the Sydney Diocese and Sydney Diocesan Organisations only and replaces the At-Call Service Account that Parishes and Sydney Diocesan Organisations currently use. Glebe will apply the same interest rates to both At-Call Account types and will start to refer to a Parish's cheque book facility account (those account numbers ending with "S8") as the All-In-One Account.

What does this mean to you?
- You will not be required to make any changes to the way you operate your current cheque book facility (those account numbers ending with "S8" ie your current sweep instructions will not need to be changed). However, you may consider consolidating your everyday operating accounts as all your deposits can now be held in one All-In-One account.
- After this change, balances in All-In-One accounts will earn you a higher interest rate than before.
- Should your Parish consolidate its everyday operating accounts into a single All-In-One account, sweep instructions between accounts will no longer be necessary.
- Cheque and deposit books already issued will still be valid as all existing account numbers remain unchanged.
- Any new applications for an everyday type of account in the name of a Parish will automatically be opened as All-In-One accounts from 14 August 2006. No new At-Call Premium Accounts will be available to Parishes after this date.
- The At-Call Premium Account is for organisations, corporate bodies and individual investors. This account will not offer cheque-book facilities.
