ACCOUNT TRANSACTION AND INTEREST STATEMENTS

Within one week of acceptance of your initial application, the Glebe Administration Board will forward to you an acknowledgment of your investment. At the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September and December) the Glebe Administration Board will mail to each At-Call Account investor a statement showing all transactions including interest earned.
You can also access and print statements on our website through GIA On-line or call the Glebe Income Accounts.
All investors will receive an annual interest paid statement after 30 June each year.

METHOD OF OPERATION OF YOUR GLEBE INCOME ACCOUNT/S

Signatories to joint accounts and accounts in the name of an organisation, incorporated body or business will need to advise the method of operation of the account on the Application Form. The method of operation can be:
  • Any one to sign - only one signature is required to transact on the account;
  • Any two to sign - any two of the signatories must sign to transact on the account; and
  • All must sign - all signatories to an account must sign to transact on the account.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

By law we are required to obtain information from you about the name in which the account is to be held, the address (not being a post office box) of the account holder and any trusts on which the account is to be held. If an account is to be held in the name of a body corporate or in a business name, we are also required to obtain copies of the relevant certificate of incorporation or registration. If the account is held in the name of a parish or other unincorporated association, we are also required to obtain a copy of the instrument authorising the signatory or signatories to sign. The information which is required is referred to in the application form. If you do not provide any of the information requested in the application form we may be unable to open an account.

INTERNET ACCESS

You will require a user identification and password to access your account via the internet. You will be notified of your user identification and password when your investment and application for access is accepted by Glebe Administration Board (GAB).

Glebe's internet account capability is compatible with most accounting software packages. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details on internet access.
