Password Information

If you are a first time user, you will be prompted to change your password at your first login to GIA On-line. You can also change your password at any time.

Never disclose your password to anyone. It is recommended that you change your password regularly.

To change your password:

  1. From the tab at the top of the screen, select .
  2. Type in your current password. Type in your new password. Type in your new password again to confirm your selection. The password must contain a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 characters, with a minimum of 1 number.

  3. Select or to cancel change and return to the Welcome screen.
Should you exceed the maximum allowed password violations (3) or have forgotten your password, contact the Glebe Income Accounts.

What should I do if I lose my password?
In case you forget your Login Name or password, contact the Glebe Income Accounts immediately.
The staff at the Glebe Income Accounts will verify your identity and will mail you a new Login Name or password. You will be prompted to change your password at your next login to GIA On-line.
