Change your Login Name

This option allows you to change your GIA On-line Login Name (default is your client number) to something more meaningful (e.g. a card number, special name etc.).

  1. The screen will display your current Login Name.
  2. Type in your current Password.
  3. Type in your New Login Name. (7-20 characters)
  4. Click to proceed with the changes. Click if you do not wish to proceed.
