The Welcome Page

Welcome to the home page of the Glebe Income Accounts On-line internet facility. From this Welcome Page it is possible to view your last 5 account transactions, view the Pending Authorisations waiting to be authorised. Display a listing of your current Glebe Income Accounts and review your nominated future payments. This is the starting page for your internet banking session.

From the Welcome Page it is possible to select any of the menu options located across the top of the screen. These include:


To display your account information and detailed transaction history.	To transfer funds to another Glebe Income Account or to an account held by another financial institution.	To review the nominated future payments from your accounts.	To review or modify the regular payment details for transfer of funds to another Glebe Income Account or external party.	To display the details of interest payments, statement details, order a cheque book, stop a cheque, customise your internet banking session or change password details.	To exit from the GIA On-line internet banking session.

Getting around the Welcome Page

The Welcome Page can be customised to display one or all of your Glebe accounts.

Welcome

The date and time of your last successful signon to GIA On-line will be displayed at the top of the page.

Account Transactions

This section displays the current balance, available balance and last few account transactions for your nominated account. The Welcome Page can be customised to display one or all of your Glebe Income Accounts. It is possible to see a full transaction history by clicking on the link provided.

Pending Authorisations

This section displays a summary of the current transactions which have been created, authorised and then stored by one signatory but are waiting for a second signatory to view and authorise. By clicking on the Detail link on the right hand column of the table you can view and then authorise each transaction.

List of Accounts

This section displays a summary of the account number, account name, current balance and available balance for your nominated account. Clicking on an account number will display your account details. If you have more than one account, it is possible to see a full account listing by clicking on the link provided.

Future Payments

This section displays a summary of the next payment to be credited to your account by a nominated direct credit instruction. Clicking on More will display the details of the direct credit payment. If you have more than one future payment linked to your account, it is possible to see a full listing by clicking on the link provided.
