MEETING INVESTMENT NEEDS

HOW TO APPLY FOR AN ACCOUNT

Please follow these simple steps to apply for a Glebe Income Account:

  • Complete all relevant application forms.

  • If you wish to make a regular contribution by direct debit from a bank account, please also complete the Direct Debit Request (DDR) Form.

  • Ensure that a Signatory Identification Form is completed for each proposed signatory to the account. Signatory Identification is required for a signatory unless an identification document for that signatory has already been provided for another GIA account. Please see Signatory Identification for more details.

  • Ensure that all copies of required documents are submitted (for example, a copy of the certificate of incorporation, where the account holder is to be a company).

  • Attach a cheque made payable to “Glebe Income Accounts”, and marked “Not Negotiable”, for the total amount of your investment.

  • Mail the completed form, Signatory Identification documents and cheque to the reply paid address.

*Within one week of acceptance of your application, GAB will forward to you an acknowledgement of the investment.

MINORS

Please note that no application by a minor* will be accepted without the written consent of the parent or guardian. A minor, between the ages of 12 and 18 years can open an At-Call Premium or Term Account. A minor under the age of 12 can open a Term account only.

*A minor is a person under the age of 18 years.
